1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the bd4444 website accessible at bd4444.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who registers or uses an account on the bd4444 platform. "Account" refers to the registered player account held with bd4444. "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support services provided by bd4444. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with bd4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd4444 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bd4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bd4444 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

bd4444 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods widely used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals

bd4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, and to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The platform does not charge fees on withdrawals via supported Bangladesh payment channels; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which bd4444 accepts no responsibility.

Currency

All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and game stakes are expressed in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. Where a currency conversion is required at the point of payment processing, the exchange rate applied will be that of the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bd4444 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the terms in force at the time of registration. bd4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus, where required, at the time of making their first deposit; retrospective bonus applications will not be accepted.

5 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

bd4444 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of location obfuscation.
• Operating more than one account on the bd4444 platform, whether concurrently or consecutively.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live poker, live casino table games, and sports betting syndicate operations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or over the platform's systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the bd4444 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd4444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through a chargeback with a payment provider without first exhausting bd4444's internal dispute resolution process. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will be contested and may result in account termination.

bd4444 employs anti-fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Players whose activity triggers a fraud alert may have their accounts temporarily suspended pending investigation. bd4444 will notify affected players via their registered email address and aims to resolve investigations within 14 business days.

6 Games, Betting, and Platform Rules

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, bd4444's systems will complete the round automatically according to the game's pre-programmed logic. The result will be recorded and applied to your account balance. bd4444 is not liable for any loss resulting from disconnection due to factors outside its direct control, including internet service interruptions on the player's end.

7 Account Closure and Termination

Upon receipt of a closure request, bd4444 will process the request within 2 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

bd4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• bd4444 is required to do so to comply with any applicable legal obligation or regulatory direction.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is terminated by bd4444 due to a material breach of these Terms, bd4444 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds balance. Real Money Balances in terminated accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; balances associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

The bd4444 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Temporary outages for maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside bd4444's reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

bd4444 does not guarantee any particular return to player (RTP) outcome on any individual gaming session. Published RTP percentages are long-term statistical averages determined by game providers and are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.

11 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the bd4444 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued play after that date will be taken as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the bd4444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd4444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by bd4444 in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy.
